There are four things we do to make sure your installation is winter ready.
1.Our Sealant - We use a sealant called OSI Quad Max. Since this allows us to work in weather as low as 0°F, our installations here in Georgia are rarely affected by low temperatures.
2.Your windows are replaced quickly - While we may be working in multiple areas of your home at one time, we don't leave your home open for a long period of time. We take out your old window and then replace it with your new window. When a window is removed, we come in behind that with a new window to put in its place.
3.Weather conditions - While we won't work when it's raining or snowing, colder temperatures here in Georgia are not necessarily a concern for us. However, we want you to be comfortable, so we work with you when scheduling your installation to meet your needs and preferences.
4. Where we start matters - This is a big project for you and we want it to be as smooth as possible. Our installers will have a game plan on the day of your installation, so they minimize the exposure you and your family have to colder weather. We know you may have a particular room or location in your home you'd like us to start in first, so we can be flexible if needed.
